Hello everyone Windy here!

We've finally got to the point where PNGeo is being picked back up, and we're working on new and otherwise unpolished areas of the project.

Things we've added:
 - A whole new "Advanced" panel (most experimental features will be worked on in that tab...)
- Blink support
- An option for allowing PNGeo to always be on top of other programs running
- PNGeo's window position and window size now saves


Things we've changed:
- Scaling and Zooming in general now feels nicer
- Changed how the decor sprite is moved
